Shipping policy

We ship to the USA Only

Shipment processing time:

Most orders are processed 48-72 hours (business days). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and may not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, for example October-December, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Natural disasters may also delay production and/or delivery times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

All orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will count as being ordered the following business day. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will count as being ordered the following business day. 

MAIL
LOST / DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us via our contact page and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned to us because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, we will contact the customer for the correct address and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend the package to the correct address.

REFUSED / UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Grace and Lace. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.

SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please double check your address. No refunds or replacements due to an incorrect addresses that the buyer supplies. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, there will be an additional charge for shipping before it can be reshipped. If an item is shipped to an incorrect addresses that the buyer supplies and not returned, there will be no refund or replacement.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
